Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Our transit times are based on FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to the stated shipping time below.

We have three shipping options available for U.S. customers:

  • Standard (FedEx)
  • 2-Day (FedEx)
  • Overnight (FedEx)

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policy

We ship our orders to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on orders that are shipped within the continental United States only. Free shipping promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer. Exclusions apply such as (but not limited to) purchases of personal items, hats, and other lifestyle items. Free shipping can be applied to these items if purchased with other apparel items.

If you choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping, regular shipping fees will apply. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the carrier. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service prior to placing your order.

Please note that personal items such as (but not limited to) eye masks, hats, socks, and scrunchies are excluded from our current free shipping promotion unless purchased with an apparel piece or other eligible products.
